Skyworks SKY658 RF Amplifiers are a Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) Low-Noise-Amplifiers (LNAs) with bypass function. These amplifiers provide excellent return loss, low-noise, and high-linearity performance. The SKY658 RF amplifiers feature low current consumption and small signal gain. These amplifiers operate at a different frequency ranges and that makes them an ideal option for LTE ultra-high-band radio receiver applications.
