Metcal CV-5200 Connection Validation™ Soldering Station

Author : Metcal Published Time : 2017-03-06
Metcal CV-5200 Connection Validation™ Soldering Station evaluates the quality of the solder joint by calculating the intermetallic compound formation and provides closed loop feedback to the operator. Metal CV provides feedback to the operator via an LED light ring integrated into the hand piece. CV-5200 CV Soldering Station minimizes risk and adds repeatability and a measurable standard to the soldering process. This Metcal soldering station includes SmartHeat Power on Demand technology, patented Connection Validation IMC Formation technology, 2.8" color touch screen, and precise tip temperature display.
